Why Pay By WU?

All you need to do is enter any location with a WU paypoint or pay by card on the WU homepage using your previously stated beneficiary (the one you mentioned on the order confirmation page.) You can only use each beneficiary once, and they are valid for a period of only 5 days once your order has been placed. Once this time frame has elapsed you’ll have to start a new order if you want to obtain a new beneficiary.

Please specify that the beneficiary needs to receive the same currency as you are sending.
If you are sending €, please ask that the beneficiary also receive €.
If you are sending $, please ask that the beneficiary also receive $.
If you pay in another currency than $ or € then please ask that the beneficiary receive in $.
Please note that it is only available for minimum orders of 300€ (300$)

You can expect your order to be sent out between 48 to 72 hours after our accounts team has confirmed your payment (this is going to depend on the nature of your order though i.e items ordered, shipment method, delivery location et.) If you send a photo of your package once it arrives to share with the community, we’ll give you 10% off your next order!”

How to pay by Western-Union:

You can pay in a Western-Union location or by credit card on the Western-Union website by using the beneficiary given on your order confirmation page.

Please notice that the beneficiary can be used only once and is valid only for a period of 5 days after your order on the site. After this period, you will have to do a new order on the site to obtain a new valid beneficiary.
In addition, please pay attention to the maximum amount of each beneficiary. For example, to pay an order of $900 with 2 beneficiaries limited to $500 each, please send $500 on the first beneficiary and $400 on the second beneficiary.

IMPORTANT: in “PURPOSE”, you must absolutely specify “Humanitarian Aid” or “Gift or Present” (or similar).
If the purpose of payment field is left empty, or if you give another reason for transfer, your payment could be canceled.
