If your aim is simply to support the liver during periods of intensive training and increased nutritional intake, as well as to prevent cholelithiasis, simply take 500 mg of Liv52 before bedtime ongoing or continuously if you tend to have bile thickening, biliary tract dyskinesia and other conditions that can worsen due to intensive training, increased nutritional intake and steroid use.
If you are using large amounts of steroids, particularly 17-alpha alkylated or high androgen oral steroids, or if you already have poor liver enzyme tests, the dosage of Liv52 should start at 1000 mg and increase as needed.
